The option of using OneDrive should exist there I assume. I've never uploaded a custom motion picture earlier but I just did there, hither is the workaround steps to upload a custom pic.
1. Open border browser on the Xbox
ii. Search for OneDrive and login
3. Detect the picture you want to make your custom pic, open up information technology in OneDrive and download it.
iv. Go to "Save every bit" and confirm the location you want to download it. The "downloads" folder should be default and will work fine.
five. Become to your profile, open the window to change your custom gamerpic and utilise file explorer to navigate to the location of your picture.
